Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

As a salaried employee, I do not get paid any overtime. But when I need to be out of the office during the day for a doctor's appointment (1 or 2 hours) I am docked the time. Is this legal?

Yes, unless you're working under a contract that would disallow it.
