Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

salary employees

What is the maximum amount of hours an employer can request a person to work on salary. Also, if the employee has already worked for 45 hours (on salary) and on the fifth day left early completing a total of 47 hours, can the employer dock the hours missed on the fifth day of work?
