Salary

I had been working at the client site with my prevoius employer.My paychecks had been delayed for every payroll period by 4 -7 days,so I switched my employer.Since i parted from my prevoius employer he has not payed me my salary for last 2 months and is not responding to my mails.Should I report this matter to cops and DOL for not paying my wages in time ?

No, a better approach would likely be to just file your case in small claims court for around $40. (Once this recalcitrant former employer is served with the papers, he'll likely "pony up" what's owed to you.)
