Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

our school board declared salary reduction and no pay increases. One dept. chair has been "renaming" titles of his employees and giving them all raises! [all "quietly"] and the VP of Finance and the President don't stop it. What can we do? We all need an increase.

Contact your union representative or the school board members themselves

as to what is allegedly occuring if you are not represented by a union.
