Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Sexual Harassment

I work in a department where there are two people having an affair. They are both married, and have recently ''come out'' about their affair. Their immediate supervisor, and his supervisor, are both allowing this. Several people in the department are disgusted by the fact that this affair is being allowed, and that neither party has been asked to relocate to another department. I believe this could be considered a hostile work environment. Am I way off base?

Re: Sexual Harassment

Probably. It's unclear from your question precisely what you mean by "coming out" and how this particular behaviour or conduct(whatever it is) has been, if at all, directed towards or affected you or your fellow employees in your work environment.
