Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I signed an agreement that i no longer agree with do i have the legal right to withdraw my consent after i sign something and if i do what do i have to in order to withdraw consent. my company has a policy that you had to sign to stay employed with them stating that you agree to mediate any dispute with the company, i do not want to mediate my dispute i believe that my company is breaking the law by wrongfully withholding a portion of my final wages and have also not given my access to my employment records so i could dispute my incentive sales history.

So, sue them in small claims court for any final wages that
you believe are owed to you and have not been paid (irrespective of
any prior agreement to mediate such a dispute).
And, if you need access to your employment records in connection
with your lawsuit, ask the clerk's office to issue a Subpoena Duces Tecum(SDT)
for these records in your behalf.
