I signed a non compete contract but under my signature I wrote it was against my will and I was forced to sign. I have now been offered a postion from whom they would call there competitor.
Can they sue me?
Thank You

Sure, they can sue you, but the better question is, of course, can they win?
And, on these few facts I would say that there is insufficient information to
offer a credible opinion.
