Situation...

Two men work together. One says to the other, "Take the tampon out of your vagina," joking around. Is that sexual harassment? If so, are they legally aloud to work together (meaning, same department) afterwards?

No, certainly not within the jurisdictions subject to the rulings of the Federal 4th

Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond (in my opinion).
