Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
After a staff meeting where i had a presentation, I was told by other managers that the VP immediately began talking about the way I was dressed after leaving the room. He stated that I needed "to be sent home to change because my ass was hanging out of my skirt" to all of the other directors in the room. One of the managers who is a friend of mine, told me this afterwards and the other managers decided that was not in violation of our dress code and never mentioned his comments to me. I feel humilated by his comments. Do I have any legal rights to take action from the comments that he made?

No, not based merely on this one incident (in my opinion).
