Studying from home
If an employer pays an hourly employee their normal wage while taking an educational course at work and the education requires homework to be done. Should the employee be paid for studying and taking tests at home? Would this have to be agreed upon in advance?

It seems reasonable, but the employer would have to agree to such an arrangement and, yes, such an agreement should be well in advance of the employee actually performing
such homework.
