Sued personally while working for a company

Can a technician be sued personnally by a homeowner if they are on the job working for their company and an accident happens that is not caused by negligence on behalf of the technician.

Yes, the aggrieved one may be able to sue both the technician in his individual capacity as well as the technician's company which may be liable for the technician's failures to perform adequately while acting within the scope of his employment.
