Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I was terminated from my job and I'm fighting unemployment, I recieved my appeal papers today and the write up I signed didn't have any witnesses and no one was there now the write up from unemployment that they sent has witnesses that signed what do I do

in it that may be factually incorrect).
