Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I was terminated from my job during the course of my vacation due to the fact that the company hired a new supervisor that treated my vacation as a no call, no show! Fortunate for me I had documentation that approved my vacation and the decision was reversed! However, I had nothing but problems since my return back to work ranging from paycheck errors to job security. In addition, no one even took the liberty to apologize for the wrong doings or even tried to accomodate me for the stress and depression stage i went through during the course of retaining my employment. I was just wondering if this falls under false termination? I'm not looking to break the company's bank but I do demand compensation for my debts that has been created since the incident occured and a little job security would not hurt either!

Compensation for "false termination"? Not if your life depended upon it in this employment at will jurisdiction known as the Commonwealth of Virginia.(My opinion.)
