Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

terminated

if you tell a co worker thats been starting trouble for you to stay away from you unless they need something done at work...is it considered a threat? i wasn't even on the clock yet. i was sitting with two other co workers that stated i didn't threaten this woman. my ex boss was screaming at me to get the f off property, don't come the f back or she would have me f-ing arrested. after a month an two-weeks i found out i was fired for threating an employee an insubordination. they are NOW starting an investigation.thought they had go by the handbook an suspend both of us till after it was investigated. i never missed a day,no write-ups,no warning, written or verbal.what are my options?
