Terms of Meals and Services
Is it legal for an employer to withold weekly from your paycheck for ''Meals'' at the resturant where you work as part of the wait-staff; even if you don't eat any meals there?
And is legal for employer to set a ''monthly cleaning'' of the resturant mandatory; failure to show resulting in termination?

Assuming no employemnt contract governing these issues, I would answer no to the first question and yes to the second (assuming that all employees who participate in the mandatory cleaning exercise are appropriately compensated).
