Threats

Is my Managers Supervisor allowed to threaten me by saying. ''f anything happen here i will kick your butt''. I then asked hr what she meant she by she will kick ny but and she said '' Yeah I will kick your butt''.

As long as she dosen't actually kick it, I'd say her admonition is probably permissible within the context which you've described.
