one day a week i clean the beauty shop and the owner puts this dollar amount in the tips caterory on my w2

If you are being paid fixed compensation by the beauty shop owner to clean the beauty shop, it should not be reported to the IRS or state taxation by the owner as tips but rather as regular wages for purposes of your W-2 or anything else.
