Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I am a travel agent. I get paid $10 an hour plus commission. The commission is based on profit and sales. If the profit margin falls below a certain level the company recalls the commission they have paid. Problem is they are taking back commission that was paid last Aug. Is this legal?

Yes, unfortunately, very likely it is unless you're working under a contract
that would prohibit the company from doing it.
