Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I am unable to decide what type of attorney I need. I have been sexual harassed by my stepfather, who was also my employer. As his behavior transcended the work place, I cannot decide if an employment or family lawyer would be best. He continues to harass and threaten me, even after I have left both the office and the home. I want to get a restraining order, and possibly file suit.

I would recommend that you arrange for a consultation with an

attorney in your local area who is experienced in handling claims

of sexual harassment/discrimination in the workplace and who should

be able to advise you, accordingly.
