unauthorized photos
Is it ok for an employer to take pictures of employes without them knowing. The director at the daycare I work at has been taking pictures of the employees thru windows and without the employees knowing. I know it is not very ethical but is it against the labor laws or any law

More information would be needed to answer this question. (There would be nothing wrong with having video cameras
placed in various places around the daycare to monitor the situation. A daycare director or other supervisor, however, snapping pictures of employees through windows doesn't make much sense.)
