unemeployement

I was fired for drinking on the jib at lunch and I was not. I did taste a sip of my monthers wine, but was not drinking. I was sent for a bac test which came up negative.)o.oo two fellow employees said they saw me drinking. They are trying to cut back and this is a witch hunt. Our policy says we cannot be under the influnce of drugs or alcohol. Thanks so much for your help I need to get unemployement. I have never been rwritten up before in three years there

Just a sip of mother's wine at lunch? That should not be enough to get you fired for cause and justify the denial of your applcation for unemployment benefits.
