Unemployment

I am receiving Unemployment through Virginia and I have recently moved to New York and am looking for a job. If I am offered a job and the pay is less than my previous job do I have to take it?

That would ultimately be up to the Commission, but if the pay and benefits are even somewhat similar, I suspect that you would be expected to accept the New York job.
