I recently won my first hearing by a deputy examiner and was awarded unemployment. My employer apealed this decision. I voluntarily quit my job with the company and the deputy found that I had quit for good reason and there was no misconduct on my case. since the employer has apealed is it likely that they could win this time? How can I go into this next hearing and win again? Should I get an attorney to represent me?

The deputy examiner's decision will likely be upheld on appeal. You should stick to the same account that you presented to the deputy examiner

at the first hearing and you should not require the services of an attorney on the appeal to sustain this initial favorable decision.
