Video taping

I train individuals on the use of our products and services. My employer wants to video tape me giving a training session to critique with me as a training tool. Can they legally keep the video as their property?

Yes, your employer would be entitled to keep the training video since it was made for employment-related purposes(training), using(apparently) employer equipment(the video tape machine) and materials(the tape)and the employer's employee(you).
