Is there a violation law 12VAC-115-230 i have been ask to resign pending investagation on the charges of the above violation. And if it is where can i find the supporting informatiion.

12VAC35-115 -230(Virginia Administrative Code) concerns reporting requirements of a provider(of services) to the Department of Health. I see no violation of the law in you're being asked to resign under the circumstances described.
