In Virginia is there a law that requires lunch breaks if working 8 or 12 hour shifts and are 15 miunte breaks at the descretion of the supervisor?

Only if the employee is a minor and I believe less than 16 years of age. Otherwise, all breaks in the work schedule are at the

discretion of the employer.
