Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Virginia Salaried Exempt Time Off

What are the laws (or where can I find them) for a Virginia salaried exempt employees and their time off. Example: If an employee were to come in then leave sick, would the employer have to pay for all 8 hours? If an employee were to miss and entire day due to sickness, would the employer have to pay for 8 hours? Where can I find information regarding these types of questions?

Re: Virginia Salaried Exempt Time Off
