Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Last week I put my notice that I was leaving my current job. I I'm under contract with the company and they payed for my relocation they told that they will start garnishing my pay and they will only pay me minimum wage and they are going to keep the remainder of my salary that is not in the contract should I leave my job and proceed with the lawyers I don't know what to do

Garnishing your pay for what? As to whether this contract has been legally breached, without reviewing it

and the facts related to its making, I couldn't offer an opinion on the situation.
