how can i get my last weeks check and my 2 weeks of unused vacation after loosing my job

Unless you were working under the protection of a contract which guaranteed payment for all accrued PTO, your former employer has no legal obligation to compensate you for this time. As for the check still owed for your last week of work, you could send the company a demand letter and if there's no suitable response, then sue them in general district court for these unpaid wages.
