Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
My wife was just currently fired from her job due to an individual emailing a screenshot of my wife's facebook account. A ceertain post from my wife to her friends stated that her boss was a bitch and that she hated her. The place of employment can fire for no reason so i want to know if there is something i can get this individual on? Thanks.

No, I would doubt it. Facebook is a public forum where there is (legally speaking)
no expectation of privacy.
