Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I work for a apartment complex and live there as well. I have a full lease & pay rent. Employee handbook states employees can not fraternize with residents. Does this apply when I am off the clock since I am a resident and have a full residents lease & pay rent?

No, I would think not but you might want to have an attorney review
