Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I work in a call center. They offer incentives to all who meet the criteria of being on the phone. You have to be on the phone because this is how they measure in the incentives, productivity and adherence to schedule. Its is fair for the company to secretly give this to some who do not meet this criteria because they are not on the phones? and I have to 5 days a week in order to get it? What can I do?

Not much, I would think, unless you're working under the protection of a contract
which might have a clause or provision which addresses the situation described.
