Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I work for a company who owns a fraction of a larger franchise. They pretty much make up their own rules and no matter how rediculous, we follow them in this harsh economy. We are considered an agent store. Compared to retail, we are just owned by another company. They do the same daily tasks as we do, but get paid way better. They have more inventory than us, more computers, more space, and a better working enviroment. They've just recently fired an employee after 2 years for no reason.I'm worried for my own job. They've taken away half of our commission and are threatening to make us work strictly for commission.Meaning I could drive 45 minutes to work, stay for 8-9 hours and make $0. Lately, my commission checks have NOT been adding up.My question is, is there anything you can help me with? All of the employees are uncomfortable and some quite livid

No, unless you're working under a contract which could offer some recourse for the situations described, you are likely without a

remedy (in my opinion).
