Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I work for a company that has a no smoking rule. If they see you you will be let go. That's fine, My question is I bought an electronic cigarettes to use at work to help me quit. Can they let me go if I use it?

Yes, of course, unless you're working pursuant to the terms of
a valid contract of employment which would prohibit your termination
under these particular facts.
