Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I work full ty\ime for a temporary agency. I also work alot of over time. Two months in a roll there e system defaulted on paying me correctly. Therefore My rent Aquired a late fee. The first month I just excepted it. But then it happened again This month. I asked the Manager was there away that they could atleast reimburse me for this months late fee, being this was not at all my fault. I was basicly told no. I asked if I could speak with a higher authority I was told that the situation would be sent down to her. So basicly there was nothing that they would do for me. I want to know if this is a legal issue. I have to pay an additional late fee of 75.00 for both months. Plus that looks bad on my record for rent. Being I had nothing to do with there e-system being in default.

So, I guess you could sue this agency in general district court (at the end of your relationship with it) for whatever of these amounts have accumulated over the term of your temporary employment and for which the agency has not reimbursed you.
