Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I work a 8hr swing shift. Constantly I`m forced to work 4-8hrs of overtime, to keep my job. The Company calls it Drafted, which they do 2 days in a row. Often 5 times in a 7 day shift. Who, or what ALL MIGHTY gives them the right ? Please help me with this slavery practice in Va.

Unless you're working under the protection of a contract
which would prohibit the practice which you've described, there is
nothing either in Virginia or federal labor law as far as I am aware
that would make it illegal (assuming that you're properly compensated for all overtime worked).
