Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I work as a leasing consultant for a residential property management company in Virginina. Can the company require me to assist prospects even after I have clocked out and exited the building for my lunch hour?

Yes, if you're an employee of the company and not working pursuant to any contract which would prohibit such practice (in my opinion).
