I work in a seafood warehouse as a salaried employee. I am an order filler/driver. I drive a ford f250 box truck with a cooler. If i work over 40 hours a week should i get paid overtime. thanks in richmond va

No, salaried emplyees are normally not eligible under U.S. Department

of Labor regulations to be compensated at the rate of time and one half

of their normal pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in any given week.
