Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
hello. i work for a a store that cell phone and i was told we have no breaks, but we are allow to eat on the clock. a friend of mines spoke to me about this issue, how can you help me. i dont know if there are automatically taken the 30mins out of my checks.

So, why don't you ask then whether you're being docked the 30 minutes for "eating on the clock", i.e., company time?
