Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I work in virginia and am a salary employee with 2 weeks vacation/sick time. If they require us to come in and work weekends do they have to compensate us either with pay or comp time or can they just "work the hell" out of you because you are salary

Yep., very likely the latter, i.e., with becoming "a salary employee" as it's legally defined in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
