Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I Worked for a company for three years and they owed me a bunch of back pay, then fired me without paying me the back pay. I was terminated in May of last year and it is now Feb of the following year. Is there anything I can do?

Yes, sue them in small claims court (up to $5K), but you will needs records credibly sufficient to prove your claim by a preponderance of the evidence.
