Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia
I have been written up for insubordination by a new (30 day employed) maintenance manager..The company is in the private sector of Virginia with an At-Will-Clause and HR will not allow me to view my personnel records of which I have no rights in this state...What are my options for job protection?
