Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
We have a 1 yr lease with our landlord. We are2 weeks behind in our rent, we pay on a weekly bases. He told us today that we had to be out by Thursday morning and that he was shutting off the utilities. Can he do this?
