Apartment Rental

My daughter rented an apartment with her then boyfriend and his tow married friends. When they broke up they boke the lease and moved out. My question is if she pays her part of what is owed for the breaking of the lease and damages, cleaning etc... is she still responsible for the balane?

Yes, as the other three also are(assuming that they were on the lease with her).
