Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
aprtment broken window
my dog broke a window on thursday feb 15th in my apartment.Today the window has still yet to be replaced and according to the rental office (who is in charge of replacing the window) the window SHOULD be replaced by tomorro, although not for sure.
the window is close to the ground, a thin board covering it, and my apartment has ben broken intobefore.
Is it legal to leave the window unsecured like this? can the rental office legally do this?

Re: aprtment broken window
If the window is replaced by tomorrow,
the issue should no longer be controverted---at least until the next time.
