banned from yard
I lived with my b/f and his mother. recently she kicked me and my 5 week old daughter out. my b/f is now paying to rent a room in his own house. my question is, since hes renting a room am i allowed there even though his mother does not want me in her yard?

No, since your boyfriend is not the owner of the house, he is not free to invite (against the wishes of his mother who is the owner) whomever he pleases to his rented room (which would also include you).
