in correct lname on lease
i need to break my lease and the reantal agent put put the name David--name removed--on the lease but my name is--name removed--is it possible to break the lease because it is not my name on the document?

Sure, you can break the lease, but you will likely not do so with impunity even if your name is wrong on the lease.
