Co-signer passed away
My father cosigned a rental lease with me and he just passed away. my lease is up for renewal, can i still live there? i paid the rent he just cosigned with me.

The only issue may be that your credit history/income, or some other factor requires that you continue to have a co-signer. If so, the fact that your father passed away (& my condolences for that) does not mean you have to move, only that you may need another co-signer. Then again, if the original circumstances that required a co-signer have improved,you may not need one.
