Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I went to court today and the judge granted the plaintiff possession of the premises described above pursuant to 8.01-128 for the summons for unlawful detainer for not paying rent. my question is that the judge didn't jive me a time to move out and I don't know if he will or not. also can I pay the amount before I move out still or I will still have to move out of the apartment. the reason I am asking if I still have to move out I will be force to file for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. so I can find a place to live now. Please help me understand this please.

Without reviewing the court's order it would not be feasible to

offer an opinion on the matter other than to say that if your move out

date is not clear from this order, you might want to take it up with the plaintiff

and whether s/he might be amenable to your staying on in the unit

if you pay up what is owed.
