Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

I have court tomorrow for a unlawful detainer and termination of lease. I have the money to pay the back rent and the issue of too many people residing in my home was also addressed and taken care of promptly. My question is this I want to remain in living here and with the money and things taken care of do I have a chance at being able to stay in my home?
